This is the music playing as your guests are arriving to the ceremony site. You can provide specific songs in a specific order, a link to a playlist of songs, or just a general vibe (piano versions, quartet versions, guitar versions, country, pop, indie rock, etc.)

We provide two wireless omni-directional lapel microphones for every ceremony: one for the officiant, and one for the groom. We allow enough headroom in our ceremony sound system to increase the volume when the bride is speaking so she can be heard without wearing a microphone. We are diligent about keeping the groom's mic muted except during moments when the bride or groom is prompted to speak.

This section is just for reception photo opportunities that are traditionally accompanied by specific music or microphones. We have everything listed in the order most often used by our couples, but you can arrange it to fit your timeline any way you like. Dinner & Dancing playlists are separated into Part 4.

Each option allows plenty of space to tell us exactly how you want it flow.

Our DJ software has stem separation which allows us to turn down the vocals without turning off the music entirely. If you want to fade out early, we can use this feature to end the song without making it sound like we just cut it off. No matter when you want the song to end, your Wedding MC will enthusiastically announce your names, wait for applause, then guide your guests to the next step in your timeline.

Before announcing this to your guests, we will check-in with everyone scheduled to speak. Then, we will give a wireless handheld microphone to whoever is speaking first along with instructions of where to pass the mic next (if applicable). Finally, your wedding MC will introduce this moment so whoever is speaking first will have your guests' full attention.

We understand this may change after your rehearsal. Just let us know if we need to add or remove anyone from this list. It's always easier to change a plan in place than to not have a plan at all.

We offer song edits for no additional charge. Let us know if you would like this dance to include a recording of you reading a Letter To Dad, a medley mix of several songs, or anything memorable you want to share with your guests.

You can be as specific as you like. Some couples like to give us every song in order to be played. Others prefer to just give us a few suggestions for a general vibe. We're comfortable performing however you like.

Links to Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube playlists are also accepted.

It's okay if this goes way over the amount of time you have scheduled for dancing. Unless asked not to, we're mixing the dance music often enough that we can fit 20-25 songs per hour.
